Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Return & exchange window You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability, within the 7-day window. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll offer a refund or store credit. Email exchange@sentapostcard.com with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through pickup or return shipping.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds for prepaid orders are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or by bank/UPI transfer, typically within 7–10 business days of the details being shared.
Return shipping For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (our error), we cover return shipping in full and offer a free replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind or size returns, a return shipping/handling charge may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer.
Non-returnable items Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, missing tags, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or wrong item received If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, email kiki@sentapostcard.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order cancellation You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at kiki@sentapostcard.com or +91 81548 35083. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return process above.
