Shipping Policy
We ship across India through reputed courier partners managed via Shiprocket, Delhivery one, Bluedart etc.
Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery timelines Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 4–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for other locations. These are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to courier or regional factors.
Shipping charges Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where available, may carry a nominal COD/handling/partial cod fee shown at checkout.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment using that link.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, weather, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at kiki@sentapostcard.com and we will help track it.
Failed delivery / RTO If a delivery fails after multiple attempts or a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply for prepaid orders returned due to customer-side reasons.
International orders We currently ship within India. International shipping will be introduced separately; this policy will be updated when it goes live.
