Use of the Site You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our intellectual property. All content on the Site — including designs, illustrations, the Kiki mascot, photographs, logos, and text — is owned by us and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Products and pricing We make reasonable efforts to display products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities at any time before accepting your order.

Orders Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Payment Payments are processed through our payment partners (Razorpay, GoKwik). By placing an order you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and belong to you.

Shipping, returns and cancellations These are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
